Summary
The Customer Service Log (CSLOG) is gathered when an NVR has issues.
This article shows the old and new URL for collecting logs from Hanwha NVRs.
Collecting CSLOGs
To obtain the CSLOG for Support, open a web browser and enter the URL based on the following table.
NOTE: The path is different due to firmware changes on the listed NVRs.
Models not listed use the old URL.

NOTE: A CORE file is created when there is a reboot issue.
IMPORTANT: When downloading the CSLOG, enter a password and include that
password when submitting to Support.
