Open a web browser of Device (IP camera / NVR) and enter the below menu:
1) Camera: Setup >> Network >> HTTPS
2) NVR: Setup >> Network >> SSL

1. If Secure connection of device set ‘HTTP’:
- Request connection to HTTP from Wisenet Mobile App
2. If Secure connection of device set ‘HTTPS’:
- After requesting a connection with HTTP from Wisenet Mobile app,
and then secure connection and redirection port information are obtained from the device
and requests for reconnection with HTTPS.
In summary, to connect our devices with Wisenet Mobile using HTTPS:
All our devices must be configured to use HTTPS only (with HTTP disabled).
When setting up the connection in Wisenet Mobile, if the user enters the HTTP port number:
– Even though HTTP is entered, the mobile app will automatically redirect to HTTPS if the NVR only allows HTTPS connections.
However, entering the HTTPS port number into the HTTP port field does not result in a direct HTTPS connection.
Currently, Wisenet Mobile does not support direct connection via an HTTPS port.
