Issue Summary

In a PNM-9031RV, sometimes the set angle of view is not maintained and keep tilting down looking at the ground. This can be caused by the plastic unit that holds the lens being broken and the lens cannot be kept at the set position. The breakage could be caused by torque overload or dropping down. This article describes how to prevent torque overload.

Resolution

  To prevent torque overload: 

• Use manual tools to prevent torque overload when bolting
• In particular, the fastening part where plastic and metal come contact is prohibited from using power.
