Hanwha Vision no longer offers agent-assisted support on any Samsung Branded products, however, you can search our knowledgebase for self-resolution options and product manuals for your EOL Samsung Branded product.

Remote monitoring is only available for models supporting a Wi-Fi connection. (Wi-Fi compatible models: SEW-3053W, SEW-3055W, SEW-3057W)
If you have a Wi-Fi compatible model, please refer to the user guide included with the product to set up the Wi-Fi for proper operation.
