Summary

This article provides an overview of the Organization dashboard.

The organization dashboard gives you an overview of your devices, locations, and users. This page is for administrators only.

Accessing the Dashboard

To access the dashboard:

1. Log in to Cloud Portal.
    
2. Navigate to OnCloud.
    

3. Click the Building icon at the top right.
   
   
    

   NOTE: If you do not see this icon, you do not have permission to view the 
   dashboard.

Dashboard Sections

The Organization dashboard has the following sections:

Devices

Click Manage in the Devices section to search for devices, manage firmware updates, and perform other device-specific tasks.
 

Licenses

The Licenses section provides an overview of the license status for all of your devices. Click Manage to view license status by device, sort by license status, and add a license for a device.
 

Roles

The Roles section provides an overview of the names of roles in your organization, and the number of users that have a particular role. Click Manage to view more details about the roles, see the accounts assigned to each role, and create and edit roles and role entitlements. For more information, see OnCloud: What are roles?
 

Camera Availability

Camera Availability shows at-a-glance the percentage of cameras online within a one-hour time period for the last 7 days. Click View All Analytics to see and filter detailed reports for availability, average streaming bitrate, and user logins.

Locations

Click Manage in Locations to add locations, see detailed information about existing locations, search for a location, and apply filters to see locations according to contact, time zone, and device count. For more information, see OnCloud: How do I add locations and areas?

Users

Click Manage in the Users section to add, edit, or remove users.

STEP Partner

This section shows the partner and technicians assigned to your organization. You can remove the partner and manage camera access for individual technicians.
