Summary
If the WAVE Mobile app behaves abnormally, support may ask for logs from the device. This article provides instructions for collecting logs for iOS.
Collecting Logs for iOS
To collect mobile logs for iOS:
- Open the WAVE Mobile app.
- Click the three horizontal lines in the upper left of the application.
- Click Disconnect from Server.
Click and hold the version number for more than ten seconds.
- Click Change Log Level.
- Change the log level to Debug2.
- Change the minutes to 5.
- Click Upload logs next.
A System ID will be copied to the clipboard.
- Click the back arrow.
- Reconnect to your system.
- Recreate the issue more than once for good logging.
- Close the WAVE Mobile app and note the time.
Update your support ticket with the System ID and the time of the events.
