Issue Summary

If a site lacks sufficient Live View or Recording licenses, live video streams are automatically interrupted for 30 seconds every 10 minutes. This occurs only when the camera is viewing, not recording. The unit reverts back to the feed when no recording license is being used. This article details how to resolve the video feed being interrupted. 

Resolution

The interruption occurs because there are not enough Live View or Recording licenses or services purchased. To resolve this disruption, add a license key to the camera.
