Summary

This article provides instructions for uninstalling the WAVE AI Plugin.

Uninstalling the AI Plugin

Windows 

To uninstall the AI Plugin in Windows:

1. Press the Windows key + I (you can also click the Start menu), then select Settings.
    
2. Click Installed Apps.
    
3. Select AI Plugin for Wisenet WAVE VMS and click Uninstall. Confirm if prompted.
    
4. If prompted, restart your computer to complete the process.
   
   The WAVE AI Plugin is now uninstalled.

Linux

To uninstall the AI Plugin in Linux:

1. Press Ctrl+Alt+T or search for Terminal in your Applications menu.
    
2. In the terminal, type the following command and press Enter:
   
   sudo apt remove cvedia-rt hanwha-nxplugin -y

3. If prompted, enter your administrator password and press Enter.
   
   The system will automatically remove the plugin.
    
4. Once done, close the terminal.
   
   The WAVE AI Plugin is now uninstalled.
