Issue Summary

When trying to update the firmware for AI multi-sensor cameras (PNM-C34404RQPZ, PNM-C32083RVQ, and PNM-C16083RVQ), the update fails when going from 23.01.03 (or lower) to 23.01.05 (or higher) directly.

Resolution

To update the firmware to 23.01.05 (or higher):

1. Download and update the software to 23.01.04.
    

2. Update the software to 23.01.05 or higher.

   NOTE: Once the software is updated to 23.01.04 or higher, you cannot 
   downgrade it to 23.01.03 or lower.
