WRN Issues
We have complaints from the customer about servers freezing up where they can't access Wave. The only solution is to reboot the server and this sometimes causes the system to not boot back up. This requires a tech onsite to run a boot fail script we got from Hanwha support.
We also have cameras that show "unauthorized" randomly that require a reboot, sometimes this isn't possible if the POE switch tab does not appear in the server settings.
Sometimes all cameras go offline randomly because the POE ports on the built in switch are set to off somehow.
Cockpit and TeamViewer are not working on the newer version of Ubuntu which make troubleshooting and fixing issue very difficult.

Hi Michael,
Than you for the update.
What model of cameras are attached to the WRN-810S-2TB are they Q series AI cameras by any chance.
We have seen earlier firmware on the Q Ai cameras cause issues where the cameras lock out the user and can only be access after rebooting the cameras.
As for the WRN-1632S that isn't a model that is supported in Oceania, are you possibly based in the US.

Hi Michael,
Thank you for your request.
Can you advise if this is in regards to the WRN appliances and the specific model.
If it is the issue for the freezing up could be due to the operating system onboard HDD may be filling up and needs to be flushed to create room.
If you could kindly confirm the model that you are referring to.
In regards to the cameras requiring a reboot to re-authorize them if you could kindly provide a specific model so that we can assist you further.
Without this information we would merely be speculating if we were to provide any further information.

On models WRN-810S-2TB we have the POE and unauthorized issues. Just had another one today where all POE ports were off when I checked.
On the wrn-1632s models we have the issues with the servers freezing and requiring the boot fail script to fix.
