Step By Step Guide:

1. Log in to the setting of the intercom

2. Click on Intercom at the left pane

3. Click on Recipient

4. Check on the same group ID number box for the extensions that need to be in the same group

5. Select the Group (Parallel forking) and choose the Group ID from the drop window.

6. Click on the Apply button at the bottom to save
