How to show the different fisheye dewarped views on a NVR

Firstly the dewarped profiles must be created on the camera. Go to Camera Setup -> Basic-> Video Profile:

These are the default profiles available on a fisheye camera:

Add a new profile, give it a name and select a dewarp view. Then press Apply to save the changes.

Repeat for as many dewarped profiles are needed:
