To maintain standards, Hanwha Vision uses the web UI for all knowledge base articles about product configuration. Open Chrome, enter the IP Address of your device into the URL bar, and press enter. If you are not using the web UI to configure your device, please refer to the user manual for your product.

If you need to change a camera's IP or resolve an IP conflict on cameras attached to your NVR, please follow the step-by-step instructions below
Step By Step Guide:
1. Go to Setup>Camera>Register (Figure 1)
2. Click Auto Detect (Figure 1)

3. The recorder will search the Network 1 adapter only for any Hanwha Wisenet Cameras (Figure 2)
NOTE: This utility may find third party cameras, never use this utility
for adding such devices, this utility only uses the Wisenet Protocol,
third-paerty devices require the ONVIF protocol, please use the Manual
button for ONVIF registrations
4. Check the box next to the cameras you wish to change the IP for (Figure 2)
5. Click Change IP (Figure 2)

6. Select Use the Following IP Address (Figure 3)
7. Enter the appropriate IP Address information (Figure 3)
NOTE: When changing multiple device IP's you are only allowed to enter a
starting IP the IP assignments will be sequential from that starting
address
8. Enter the ID of admin and the password for this account (Figure 3)
NOTE: If the camera in question is in a default state, use 4321 as the password
9. Click APPLY

can then register your cameras
