1) HASP_CLONE_DETECTED
If the installed license driver in SSM server detects H/W changes, etc, there could be a chance that the driver recognises the change as an improper use and shows the error message 'HASP_CLONE_DETECTED'. This error message can also happen in a Virtual environment like VM if you use it. In this case, there is no way but replacing to the new license in SSM.
If you are using a Viewer License (Free license), you can request it again on the website.
If you are using a Purchased License, please contact your Sales person to get a new license.
2) No display of installed licenses
If the license was not displayed properly in SSM even though the license was installed successfully, it could be an issue regarding the License Driver. In this case, a re-installing License Driver can be the first approach to solve this. The License Driver is attached.
Step 1) Uninstall the driver
haspdinst.exe -r -purge
Step 2) Reinstall the driver
haspdinst.exe -i -cm
Step 3) Restart SSM Server
After this, if you still can't see any license in SSM, you need to access 'Sentinel Admin Control Center' by a web browser in SSM Server.
http://localhost:1947/_int_/checkin.html
And, through 'Update/Attach' option, you can apply the license file (V2C) manually.
Regarding V2C file, you can download it from the SSM Offline Activation site using your Product Key.
