This article addresses an issue users may face with incorrect time synchronisation in SSM
If users find that recorded footage of a device which is connected to Wisenet SSM jumps ahead by 1 hour, please check the following
- Does the time of the server and client match
- DST (Daylight Saving Time) settings
If the date and time matches between the server and client, but the footage continues to jump one hour ahead, then this would be due to the DST configuration found in the device's setup page.
Disabling the DST settings, adjusting the time and re-enabling it (if necessary) will resolve this issue.
