The below article instructs users how to re-install WAVE on our SolidEdge cameras, PNV-A6081R-E1T and PNV-A6081R-E2T
When the WAVE application has been removed or not installed, the application status will reflect this accordingly. Uninstalled indicates that the application has been removed and Not installed indicates that the application has not been installed yet.
The PNV-A6081R-E1T/E2T are compatible with versions of WAVE from 5.1.1.37133 onwards and will require the arm based server version which can be downloaded here: Download VMS
Please note that users are required to upload the zip file. Unzipping the file and uploading any of the singular files within that folder will provide users with an error.
Once installed, the service status changes to 'Ready to use' and can be started again.
After re-initialisation, installing app, server will appear like so:
The previous server will appear as offline and can be deleted.
Please note, if the license has been lost kindly contact Hanwha Vision Technical support with the camera's serial number (S/N) and MAC address. Please ensure to always backup the camera.
