1. Installation case

   - Installed access control system inside a large-sized business building

2. Symptom

   - Frequent connection fail, system stops when synchronizing the controller and the system

3. Cause

   - Confusion of the controller switch direction, communication speed setting error

     . Up↑ : switch off,  Down ↓ : switch on

                                                 [#6, 7 DIP switch off : Not recommended]

4. Measures

   - Apply recommended WACS setting

     value, and be careful for DIP switch

     ‘ON’ direction

     . Baud rate : 38,400bps
