1. Installation case

   - Installed XNO-L6020R cameras for offices and commercial building security monitoring

2. Symptom

   - Corrosion occurred overall inside the camera

3. Cause

  - Deformation of screw fastening parts and damage to the mechanical surface, resulting in

   moisture inflow and PCB corrosion

  - Forced disassembly/assembly without removing screws fastened to the body

4. Measures

  - When removing the body cover, be sure to remove the screw completely before disassembly

  - Be careful not to damage the O ring nor make some crack on the screw fastening part
