Camera angle keeps tilting down steadily

1. Installation case

   - Installed PNM-9031RV near bus stop for city surveillance

2. Symptom

   - The set angle of view is not maintained and keep tilting down looking at the ground

3. Cause

   - Plastic unit which holds the lens was broken, thus the lens could not be kept at the set position

   - It is estimated that external impact was delivered such as breakage due to torque overload or

     dropping down

4. Measures

  - Use manual tools to prevent torque overload when bolting

  - In particular, the fastening part where plastic and metal come into contact with each other is

    prohibited from using power too
