2. Purpose
- From F/W 5.20.10, device certificate is required for DDNS/P2P connection
3. Symptom
- An error message appears if the certificate is not inserted
4. How to install device certificate
- Information pool → Library → Search → No LI 202302270001”
- Download Device certificate SW and login
(Contact regional technical manager or HQ personnel for ID / PW)
5. Preparation
- Turn off fire wall on the PC connected to the NVR
- The first(Camera) LAN Port should be used for connection when connecting NVR and PC.
- Screen should be remained on live mode while working on device certificate installation
- At least one HDD should be inserted
6. Reference: NVR error codes

| N(301) | Currently on HTTPS mode | • Retry after changing it into HTTP |
| N(401) | Login password fail | • Recheck on password |
| N(490) | Locked due to serial password fails | • Wait and retry |
