How to update the P AI New Platform - (3) Install the Application on Webviewer

Install WiseAI application

- Log into the Camera Web GUI using admin credentials

1. Go to [Open Platform] > [Open Platform]

2. From the upgrade section, check the software upgrade, and browse for the application file (.cap)

3. Click Upgrade

4. Wait for the Application installation to be completed (Click Yes to Confirm if you are prompted with a pop-up message indicating that installing this application will activate the Device Function)

* Please note that ALL the original camera configurations related to Object Detection, Best shot, Face Mask Detection, Social Distancing, IVA, and Statistics are lost and need to be reconfigured using the WiseAI application,
