SSM 2.10 & 2.11 can log in but devices offline

If you can log into SSM 2.10 or 2.11 and can see the SSM Server and the devices within SSM but they are showing offline, check the following: 

• Ensure devices are connected: If the devices are set as Disconnected, set them to Connect and the device should then appear online in SSM 

• Ensure the Server and Client applications are the the same version

  SSM won't operate correctly if the Server and Client are running different versions
