To receive push notifications from a NVR in Wisenet Mobile, firstly create the event rule to send the notification to the NVR:
Add the NVR to Wisent Mobile via the QR code, push notifications will only work when adding the NVR via the QR code.
On Wisenet Mobile ensure notifications are allowed:
Then in Setup, click on alert Setting of Devices
And select the device you want to receive alerts from

App and dvr set up and everything working. However no push notifications.
When trying to switch on in app setup/alert settings of devices. Then I tap the switch to turn on my HRX-1620 I get the error “failed to set a push. Please check your network environment.
Any idea how to resolve? Everything else on the app works fine so there’s no issue with network.
