Description
- [Live Viewer] of Device Manager supports various kinds of information.
Use case
- When you face a problem such as frame drop/skip.
- When You need to check the video streaming status and the users connecting to the camera.
Purpose of the tool
- You can use the Device Manager Live Viewer to check the following items.
- Current bandwidth of the camera
- Current frame-rate(I,P frame) for each streaming profile
- Current users which are connected to the camera
- You can export graph data as csv format with bandwidth, fps for specific profile
How to use
1. Check out Live Video of each profile
- Default video shows H.264(Profile No.2), you can change the other profile monitoring.
- When you want to change profile, [Disconnect] → Change the Profile No. → [Connect]
- When you want to check IVA bounding box, check [IV View]
2. Check the streaming status
- Bandwidth Monitor : Displays the bandwidth of the current profile.
- FPS monitor : Shows the FPS of the current profile.
- Profile access : Show how many users are using which profile.
- Current users : display user information connected to the camera.
- When you enable ‘Save graph data’, a csv file will be created.
3. Compare streaming performance

Device Manager allows up to “4” Live Viewers to run at the same time.

So you can monitor actual multiple simultaneous streaming performance .

“Bitrate” and “Frame Speed” are displayed in real-time(per second).
