Summary:
Although it is never recommended to downgrade a Hanwha Wave System, there are certain cases where a user may need to downgrade their Hanwha WAVE System after an upgrade to the latest release. This article outlines how to accomplish a downgrade. Wave automatically creates a backup of the previous version database before every upgrade.
Note: Our Software Development Team only adrresses software level issues on
the most recent release of Wave. If you revert to an older version. You would
be forced to upgrade should any issues arise.
