Temperature change detection Thermal camera specification

Summary

• Hanwha Vision have 2 kind of thermal camera model group. User can check the feature via Product Name.
• The end side letter TR(ex. TNO-4040TR) means that it is Radiometric Thermal Camera. That means, it can measure temperature value of the object. And user can check Radiometry specifications from product datasheet such as Temperature Detect Range and Temperature Accuracy.
• But if there is only letter T(ex. TNO-4040T) means that it is Thermal Image Camera. It cannot measure temperature value eventhough it produces thermal images. It can only detect temperature changes.

• Below describes how the temperature change detection specifications of the Thermal Camera (only T) works.  Note that this is an approximate range and may vary depending on the environment around the camera.

• Temperature Change Detection Range
  • Approximately -20℃ ~ +130℃.  For example, temperature change from 80℃ to 100℃ detectable, but from 180℃ to 200℃ Undetectable.
  • If the temperature of the object exceeds this range, it will appear the same color and temperature changes will be undetectable.
