Summary:
When accessing an internally installed camera using Hanwha DDNS from an external network, the camera could not be accessed due to incorrect port forwarding of the port router.
Step By Step Guide:
Cause:
- Setting up port forwarding on the router for only the HTTP and RTSP ports of the camera.
- Hanwha DDNS is using the https port.

Counterplan:
- The https port used to connect to Hanwha DDNS also needs to be forwarded.
- On the router, port forward all of the HTTP, HTTPS, and RTSP set up on your camera.
