WRT-P & WRR-P & WWT-P appliances are part of our suite of VMS products. These devices do not follow the standard Hanwha Service procedures. These servers are built for the customer upon creating the purchase request. This article covers Wave servers produced for Hanwha Vision America.
Step By Step Guide:
1. Please determine if the server is experiencing an actual hardware problem
2. Check the power input
3. Confirm there are no issues with faulty UPS hardware delivering under voltage
4. Is the unit successfully booting into Linux or Windows
5. Proper log collection should be done before initiating a support ticket
6. Use this article to collect the Life Cycle Controller logs
7. Provide Windows Event Viewer, System and Application logs if Windows is booting properly
8. Login to the RAID controller if one is present and export the logs
9. Once these steps have been performed, you can create a Support Request
Note: Failure to perform the aforementioned steps will only slow
the repair process down.
