In an effort to maintain standards, Hanwha uses the web UI for all knowledge base 
articles pertaining to product configuration. Open Chrome, enter the IP Address 
of your device into the URL bar, and click Enter. If you are not using the web UI 
to configure your device, please refer to the user manual for your product. 

Summary

BLAZE supports compatibility with multiple camera interfaces; however, support must be explicitly enabled prior to use. This article describes how to enable HIKVISION compatibility for use with BLAZE.

Registration Failure

In case of an authentication error:

1. Change (delete and recreate or modify) the admin account password a few times.
2. Re-attempt the registration.

In case of a network error:

1. Navigate to Configuration > System.
   
   
    
2. Select Maintenance > Default.
    
3. Click Restore.

When the password account is blocked:

1. Navigate to Maintenance and Security.
    
2. Select Login Management.
    
3. Disable the Enable Illegal Login Lock with the slider.
