Understanding HVA Warranty
Hanwha Vision America has a three-year limited warranty from the Date of Purchase, which refers to the date an Authorized Distributor purchases a product from Hanwha Vision America. This warranty extends to products manufactured by Hanwha Vision, but excludes accessories such as SLA Lenses, Special Accessories, Power Supplies/POE Injectors, and Explosion Proof Camera Housing.
If a repair needs to be processed for these items, Hanwha Vision America requires a receipt, or invoice, showing where and when the device was purchased which can be attached to your Repair Request. On receipt, Hanwha Vision America will adjust the warranty status to begin from the date on the provided documents. Beyond that adjusted date, all repairs are billable.
Checking Warranty Status
To check the warranty status:
- Enter your product serial number at the Warranty Verification page.
- Click Search S/N.
- View the full Warranty Policy.
