This article provides instructions for pulling a snapshot from a Hanwha multi-sensor camera.   

Capturing a Snapshot

Use the following commands to pull a snapshot from a multi-sensor camera:   

NOTE: To use these commands, replace deviceIP with the actual IP address of the 
camera. If not already logged in to the camera, you will be prompted to log 
in first.
