Issue Summary
This article details what to do when notifications fail to come through on iOS or Android and you cannot register new devices on iOS or Android.
- The Wisenet mobile app V2.0 or lower fails to receive notifications on iOS or Android.
- The inability to register new devices on iOS or Android.
Resolution
To receive notifications:
NOTE: Your mobile device must be capable of running the latest iOS or Android build.- Update Wisenet mobile to version 2.06.01 or later.
- Delete the app and re-install if updating does not work.
